Ideal for various stone and concrete surfaces, it repels water and oil, reduces mold growth, and delivers a natural matte finish. Perfect for both new and existing installations, this sealer is breathable and can be applied immediately without trapping moisture.

- Natural Stone & Clay Pavers: 200–400 sq. ft. per gallon
- High Density Concrete & Pavers: 200–400 sq. ft. per gallon
- Low Density Concrete & Pavers: 50–200 sq. ft. per gallon
Actual coverage may vary depending on surface porosity, age, application method, and environmental conditions
Not recommended for: granite, marble, asphalt, limestone, slate, agglomerate tiles, glazed or ceramic tile
